Why should I create a Twitter API app?
Twitter has recently updated its API access policy, which has resulted in the elimination of their free access tier for software integration. This change has affected many software providers who had previously relied on the free access tier to provide Twitter integration options. However, there is still a solution for users who wish to integrate their Twitter profiles with software. That's why you should create your own Twitter API app and generate an access token, which can then be used to integrate your Twitter profile with RADAAR.
What are Free, Basic and Enterprise tiers?
Free tier provides free access to Twitter APIs. It only allow you to post up to 1500 tweets per month / per app. It means you can only use Publishing feature with this tier. You can connect multiple profiles using same app's Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. How ever you can only publish 1500 tweets in total per month for all your connected profiles.
Basic tier provides access to Twitter APIs too. It cost $100.00 USD/month. It allow you to post up to 10K tweets per month / per app. You can use Publishing, Social Inbox and Monitoring features with this tier. You can connect multiple profiles using same app's Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. How ever you can only publish 10K tweets in total per month for all your connected profiles.
Enterprise tier provides a commercial-level access that meets your and your customer's specific needs. It starts from $42K USD/month.
Please note that these fees are not fees charged by us. These fees are entirely related to Twitter and are paid directly to Twitter.

I still can't connect my Twitter account?
Generally people are confused about these 3 important steps. I think your issue related with 2nd or 3rd one:
1. Be sure that your Twitter API app is not V1 app.
2. Be sure you enter the correct URL for Callback URI/Redirect URL in the App Info section: https://api.radaar.io/v1/users/settings/channels/callback/twitter-v2-self-owned
3. Make sure to copy API Key and API Key Secret instead of Client ID and Client Secret.
Please pay attention to these steps and watch the training video we have prepared at https://youtu.be/fBFQMp0m41E again.

Callback URL is not working for Twitter?
That URL is not for you to open. For Twitter's API to communicate. Therefore, it is very normal that it does not work when you open it with your web browser.
How can I connect multiple Twitter accounts?
You can connect multiple Twitter accounts to your subscription. If you are using the Free tier, we recommend that you create a separate Twitter API app for each of your profiles. Other than that, the connecting process is exactly the same as connecting your first account.
What kinds of content am I allowed to share on my Twitter account?
You can create and schedule content in Single Image, Video, Photo Album, Link or Text type to be published on your Twitter account. Unfortunately, there is no carousel, story or reel type content available on Twitter. Therefore, if you choose the Carousel content type, your content will be published as Photo Album. If you select Story or Reel type and upload a video, it will be published as a normal video.
Please note that Twitter allows you to share a maximum of 4 images in a Photo Album. If you upload more than 4 images, the first 4 will be shared in your Mastodon account.

Using the Chain Comments feature, you can create a flood of 10 Tweets to be shared on your Twitter account. But remember, unfortunately, you can currently only add an image or video in your first Tweet. You can only enter text in following Tweets.

Unfortunately, the Twitter API does not yet allow Blue subscribers to Tweet longer than 280 characters. Please note that platforms' APIs work differently than native applications.
How can I publish a pool (survey) on my Twitter account?
Currently, it is not possible to publish a poll (survey) for your Twitter account using RADAAR. We understand that it would be helpful to have this feature, and we hope to incorporate it in the future. However, we are unable to provide an estimated time of delivery for this addition at the moment.
How can I reply to comments and messages on my Twitter account?
With the Social Inbox feature, you have the ability to view, respond to, and manage comments, metions and direct messages on Twitter account more effectively. But please note that you can only use the Social Inbox feature if your Twitter API app is in the Basic or Enterprise tier. If you are not receiving any messages, it is because your Twitter API app is in the Free tier. You can find all the detailed information about the Social Inbox feature on our website at https://www.radaar.io/features-38/social-inbox-162/.
